Applications:

Cement grinding aid TEA-85 is used in the production of cement during the grinding process. It is a light brown to brown, slightly viscous liquid. It is added during the grinding process in cement production as delivered. The use of this product affords the following advantages:

impoved flow properties
increased strength
increased grinding efficiency
avoidance of agglomerations
avoidance of crust formation in silos
increased bulk density by 5 - 10%
no environmental problems
non corrosive

Grinding efficiency and fineness of the cement is controllable through dosage. To achieve aparticular fineness, the following dosages are recommended:

Fineness of cement: . . . Dosage rate (per ton of cement):
2500 Blaine . . . . . . . . . 50 - 200 g
3200 Blaine . . . . . . . . 100 - 300 g
4500 Blaine . . . . . . . . 150 - 450 g
