Applications:

Tin(II)palmitate principally catalyses the linking reaction between the OH-groups of the polyesterpolyol and the isocyanate hardner. Tin(II)palmitate can be used in powder paint formulations due to its high melting point. The use of Tin(II)palmitate can also improve the flowability, gloss and scratch resistance of the paint.
