Applications:

Cement grinding aid HER-60 is used in the production of cement during the grinding process. It is a brown, slightly viscous liquid. It is added during the grinding process in cement production as delivered. The use of this product affords the following advantages:

Improved the fluid properties
Grinding efficiency: can increase the milling capacity by up to 20-25%
Energy saving of 20-25% possible
Avoidance of agglomerations
Avoidance of crust formation in silos
Increased bulk density by 5-10%
No environmental problems
Non corrosive and non toxic

Dosage:
Grinding efficiency and fineness of the cement is controllable through dosage. To achieve a particular fineness, the following dosages are recommended:
